Account Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Qlearn AI account and associated user data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to the support address below from the email address connected to your Qlearn AI account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Qlearn AI account.
3. Include the email address or sign-in method used for your Qlearn AI account.

Data that will be deleted

After verifying the request, we will delete the account and associated user data, including profile information, saved quizzes, quiz history, generated quiz content, and app data linked to the account.

Data that may be retained

Some limited data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days after we receive and verify the request.
